How much does it cost to list a rental?
Nothing. The Free package covers up to 10 listings. Larger packages arrive later.
Why is my listing not visible yet?
Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. You will get a notification once it is approved, or a note explaining what needs changing.
How many photos do I need?
A cover photo plus at least four interior photos. You can upload more.
Do I need a password to sign in?
No. We email you a sign in link. You can set a password later in your account settings if you prefer one.
How do I contact a landlord?
Open the listing and choose Message landlord. You will need to be signed in so the landlord can reply.
Can I list a parking spot?
Yes. Parking is a category and rents start at $25, so a single stall can be listed.
